More than just a Haunted House, Nile Nightmares is a Haunted Experience! Enjoy the Midway while you wait in our virtual queue, where you can grab a bite or a treat, play an escape game, or get your courage up in the Fear Garden! We will send you a text when its your groups time to enter the Attraction. All Admission tickets include a one time walk through the Haunted Attraction. (Average walk through time is 20 minutes) This is a No-Touch Haunted Experience, with live actors, and “state of the art” special effects.
Experience multiple scare zones as you make your way through our various haunted attractions. The thrill of live actors and state of the art special effects combine to scare even the most steadfast visitor! The Midway features four horror-themed Escape Room Games; each are 5 minutes long and are available for an extra charge.

Join us for a family-friendly "Not-So-Scary" Haunted House event on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 from 11am to 3pm! Kids can safely explore the entire haunted house with all the lights on and no live actors, while collecting candy from friendly witches at each house entrance. Enjoy additional activities like a bouncy house, concessions, face painting, costume contests, and photo opportunities!

HISTORY: Formerly the Nile Haunted House, the Nile Shriners cracked open the tomb, and began haunting in 2010.
The entire Nile Haunted House show was produced by a very small handful of Shriners and staffed on show nights with Masonic youth groups. Thousands of guests flocked to the Nile to revel in the mystique of Halloween. All was good, but there was room for improvement.
In 2013, the Haunted Nightmare team of designers, builders, actors, and make-up artists partnered with the Nile to create one of Seattle’s largest seasonal haunted attractions.
Now in its 15th year of haunting, Nile Nightmares Haunted House scares thousands of thrill-seekers every year to benefit the Nile Shriners philanthropy.
WHO WE ARE: We enjoy haunting and, more importantly, we truly enjoy our team. We call ourselves a "haunt family" and love the camaraderie that comes from working together to produce one of the biggest and scariest haunted house attractions in the area.
MISSION STATEMENT: Our mission is to provide the best scares, while maintaining a safe and fun environment. We will achieve this through the dedication of each team member, and by working with the local community to improve, and grow.
