Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19, the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, Federal, State, and County Health Agencies recommend social distancing. Nile Nightmares Haunted House (NNHH) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, NNHH, cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. By agreeing to this waiver, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending NNHH and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to ir infected by COVID-19 at NNHH may result from my actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, NNHH employees, owners, and contractors. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at NNHH. On my behalf, I (or on the behalf of my children), hereby release covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless NNHH, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation NNHH attendance. I understand that I am expected to keep myself, and group, physically distanced at a minimum of 6 feet from other groups, will observe and practice safe and healthy CDC suggested protocols, and will do my part to ensure safety at all times.

Nile Nightmares Haunted House reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or persons.
You may experience loud sounds, intense audio, jump scares, atmospheric conditions, small spaces, strobe lights, low light, darkness, air blasts, shocks, uneven ground, creepy clowns, and unruly specters. You may get brushed or touched by hanging and exposed props in your path.
Nile Nightmares is an indoor/outdoor haunt - please dress accordingly. High heeled shoes, open-toed shoes, drapped or baggy clothing, or other loose accessories may get caught or snagged.
DO NOT ENTER if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions or physical limitations, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or have any type of medical problem, or are pregnant. Do not enter if you are intoxicated or are using drugs of any type.
DO NOT smoke, run, eat, or drink inside the attractions. Do not touch the actors, customers, or props inside the attractions. No video or photography may be taken inside the attractions. You will not be admitted and be asked to leave the property if any of the rules are not followed.
